What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex client challenges across technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and other industries.
- Synthesize insights and guide analytical efforts using consulting frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies.
- Build trust with senior clients and deliver data-driven narratives and strategic visions.
- Orchestrate end-to-end program delivery while managing quality, scope, timelines, and team autonomy.
- Develop team capabilities through mentorship, feedback, knowledge sharing, and practice-area contributions.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of combined consulting and industry experience.
- Proven experience leading high-impact, complex engagements.
- Strong project management, prioritization, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and client management abilities.
