Location: Onsite at the St. Louis Stamping Plant, St. Louis, United States

Hourly pay: $25.00–$31.28, plus a shift premium for second- and third-shift work.

hirify.global’s NEMA Motors Division manufactures electric NEMA motors across seven global production locations.

What you will do

• Perform die setting, slit-line, auto-press, punch-press, annealing-lead, and crane operations.
• Operate presses, cranes, electric pallet trucks, hoists, shears, wire twisters, and other material-handling equipment.
• Assist with press-line setup, clear die jams, complete shutdown procedures, and clean dies after production runs.
• Inspect parts for defects, verify flatness, and match parts, inventory tags, coils, blueprints, and work orders.
• Complete production documentation and report defective material, injuries, accidents, and near misses.
• Work scheduled shifts, including weekend and short-notice overtime when required.

Requirements

• Ability to perform the essential functions for at least 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, grip, push, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, inventory tags, shipping labels, and written procedures.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, press controls, calculators, and material-handling equipment.
• Ability to follow safety policies, hazard communication requirements, PPE rules, and emergency procedures.
• Reliable attendance and availability for daily, weekend, and short-notice overtime.
