Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance three days per week. Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 per year

What you will do

• Analyze consolidated Global Technology Services expenses and headcount, supporting forecasting and financial close processes.
• Translate complex financial data into insights, recommendations, and visual presentations for senior finance and business leadership.
• Build partnerships with IT, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and third-party suppliers to lead data analytics and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Develop pricing and billing models and support global billing communications.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Improve financial processes and reduce complexity across business segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• At least three years of finance or related business experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, actuals analysis, and performance recommendations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate complex business information clearly.
• Ability to work from the Raritan, New Jersey office three days per week and travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• MBA or certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CMA.
• Experience with SAP or TM1 reporting tools.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Apptio, Digital Fuel, or other analytics and visualization tools.
