What you will do
- Support the maintenance team by following established maintenance guidelines and procedures.
- Respond to equipment emergencies and breakdowns.
- Identify and report recurring problems with machinery and equipment.
- Document identifiable issues with equipment parts for record-keeping.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments to meet production specifications.
- Improve the efficiency of equipment and production lines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Additional maintenance trade or technical training.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Excellent attendance, strong work ethic, commitment to workplace safety, and consistent quality performance.
