Planning & Fulfillment Specialist (SAP)

Location: Onsite in Lancaster, Texas, United States of America (Dallas region). Candidates must already have work authorization permitting employment in the US.

What you will do

• Support the development and maintenance of planning and fulfillment processes, skills, and tools.
• Maintain inventory levels and optimize them against company targets while supporting high customer service levels.
• Manage inventory processes for finished and semi-finished goods and raw materials according to company guidelines.
• Analyze planning and fulfillment metrics, including days inventory on hand, on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
• Identify root causes of underperformance and drive improvement initiatives across businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, an associate degree or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with scheduling, production scheduling, or related planning activities is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Existing US work authorization is required.
