Maintenance Tech (Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Electrical)

What you will do

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems supporting American Fan’s manufacturing operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, inspections, and required documentation.
• Coordinate equipment shutdowns for major maintenance and determine when external repairs are needed.
• Install, dismantle, and overhaul equipment components including pumps, valves, regulators, and motors.
• Read prints, sketches, and schematics when installing new or rebuilt equipment.
• Follow safety, quality, environmental, and standardized operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing facility.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direct others when needed.
• Ability to work at heights and support production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Technical education or certifications in hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical maintenance.
• Experience with rotating, gas, or air-handling equipment.
• Experience servicing highly engineered equipment and products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• HVAC experience.
