Reconciliation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Office in Boise, United States; working hours are 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Mountain Time

What you will do

• Reconcile investment portfolio transactions and holdings against data from external portfolio providers.
• Review and update reporting data while meeting daily deadlines.
• Investigate reconciliation issues, resolve complex problems, and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with data providers, clients, service delivery managers, leadership, and other departments.
• Collaborate with product teams on internal improvements and streamline workflows.
• Support and mentor analysts, prepare training materials, and contribute to team improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Intermediate understanding of investment, financial, and accounting concepts.
• Finance and/or accounting experience is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of GAAP and at least one non-GAAP accounting framework.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, market, technical, and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Boise during 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Mountain Time.
