Quality Control Specialist (Power Electronics)

What you will do

• Plan quality control activities for electrical and electronic components at supplier sites and across internal processes, including reliability testing.
• Perform failure analysis for products, processes, incoming inspections, and customer complaints.
• Drive supplier improvement and contribute to improvements across the manufacturing chain.
• Analyze quality data from incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and customer complaints.
• Apply quality methodologies to support process improvements and optimize product design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in power electronics, automation, mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the power electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics theory and related topologies, with the ability to read circuit schematics and layout diagrams.
• Practical experience using electronic analysis equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and programmable power supplies.
• Good communication, coordination, logical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills and the ability to communicate orally with international colleagues are required.

Nice to have

• EMC experience.
• Project management experience in electronic product development or production introduction.
