Location: Onsite in the Kansas City, Missouri or Southlake, Texas office. The program runs from June 2 to August 6 for 10 weeks, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

What you will do
- Partner with experienced data professionals on projects that support business decision-making.
- Explore data engineering, analytics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.
- Learn how data is collected, managed, transformed, and leveraged across the organization.
- Gain exposure to cloud platforms, data pipelines, analytics tools, and AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver results.
- Present project findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data analytics, data science, computer engineering, management information systems, or a related field.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Coursework, academic projects, internship experience, or personal experience with Python, SQL, data analytics, data engineering, data science, AWS or Azure, AI, or ML.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
