Engineer (Web3/Fintech)

hirify.global builds enterprise infrastructure for trusted onchain financial products, including stablecoin orchestration, tokenized commodities, and onchain credit.

What you will do

• Design and build core services for Transit’s RFQ orchestration engine, including pricing, quoting, routing, inventory management, and crosschain settlement.
• Develop the exchange orderbook, matching engine, pricing rules, order APIs, and onchain settlement systems.
• Own systems end to end from design and deployment through monitoring and on-call operations.
• Build rate-aware pricing, inventory controls, execution attribution, and programmatic revenue-sharing infrastructure.
• Integrate chains, venues, solver networks, and liquidity sources while working directly with contracts, mint and redeem facilities, and compliance enforcement.
• Set technical direction on a small engineering team and contribute through design reviews and mentorship.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems, including ownership of systems that had to remain available.
• Experience building systems from 0 to 1 and hardening them for production.
• Experience with financially critical systems such as exchange infrastructure, trading, or settlement.
• Understanding of traditional exchange market structure, including CLOBs, batch auctions, RFQs, economic incentives, and technical design.
• Ability to reason about latency, inventory risk, execution quality, and pricing decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience at a market maker, exchange, or trading firm.
• Experience with multichain infrastructure, inventory or treasury management, tokenized assets, stablecoins, or RWAs.
• Understanding of onchain market structure, including AMMs, solver networks, DEX aggregators, and bridges.
• Ability to read Solidity and reason about smart-contract interactions.
