Technical Product Manager – Analytics Enablement (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid work with in-person responsibilities at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Represent analytics users, including data scientists, analysts, model developers, and governance teams.
• Discover and optimize analytics workflows, identifying friction and improving usability, efficiency, and reliability with engineering partners.
• Translate customer feedback and business objectives into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with UX, engineering, architecture, governance, and product teams to design scalable analytics experiences.
• Validate platform capabilities through user interviews, prototype reviews, MVP testing, Customer Zero initiatives, and pilot programs.
• Manage roadmap priorities and monitor adoption, workflow completion, time-to-insight, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Owner experience supporting analytics, data, AI, or platform products.
• Strong understanding of analytics workflows, including data exploration, model development, experimentation, reporting, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with data scientists, analysts, engineers, architects, and platform teams in customer-focused product development.
• Experience with customer discovery, user interviews, workflow analysis, usability validation, Agile backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Knowledge of cloud analytics and data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Azure Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with product telemetry, adoption metrics, data governance, access management, privacy controls, and secure data access.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics platforms, AI platforms, internal developer platforms, or self-service data products.
• Familiarity with Jobs-to-be-Done, Design Thinking, Lean Product Management, or Outcome-Driven Innovation.
• Experience leading Customer Zero programs, pilot initiatives, or user validation activities.
• Experience collaborating with UX research teams to improve customer journeys and engagement.
