Location: Remote with frequent travel to customer sites, up to 50%, with the listed locations in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, United States

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Embed with customer engineering organizations to design and build agent-driven automation across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Write production code and scripts connecting hirify.global AI Agents to pipelines, repositories, ITSM tools, security systems, and infrastructure.
• Translate approved business and technical objectives into working software with customer engineers and the hirify.global delivery team.
• Prototype quickly, ship incrementally, and iterate directly in customer environments.
• Convert custom builds into reusable patterns and templates for the broader delivery organization.
• Support the transition to steady-state operation and help customers independently operate and extend the integrations.

Requirements

• Platform engineering or software engineering background with hands-on coding, scripting, and integration experience.
• Experience working directly in codebases, infrastructure workflows, and CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience building integrations with APIs, event-driven systems, or LLM and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, architecture, or embedded consulting focused on working software.
• Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code knowledge, plus depth in security, observability, or cost management.
• Strong stakeholder communication, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to travel to customer sites for active builds.
