Client Advisor (Business Insurance)

Location: United States; hybrid work. An active and current Florida 2-20 insurance license is required.

What you will do

• Manage renewal processes and complex, high-profile business insurance accounts.
• Provide technical insurance advice and service support for new and renewal business.
• Maintain client retention and communicate with internal and external clients.
• Manage client accounts receivable and payable activities.
• Use the Sagitta agency management system and document management systems.
• Mentor associates and support problem-solving, organization, and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active and current Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• Five years of account management experience within an insurance agency.
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent customer service and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with Sagitta and/or ImageRight.
