Location: San Mateo, California, United States; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional office presence Monday and Friday

Salary: $176,940–$214,710 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX for productivity and collaboration surfaces used by Roblox Builders.
• Unify internal tools for work tracking, growth and performance, and knowledge discovery into a cohesive platform.
• Define interaction patterns for LLM-powered, agentic workflows, including user intent, AI execution, trust, control, and proactive insights.
• Partner with product leaders, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex technical and data constraints into usable experiences.
• Design high-visibility dashboards and leadership-facing experiences that turn operational data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience solving complex, systems-level problems in technical enterprise environments.
• Experience with data analytics, enterprise ecosystems, internal productivity platforms, or developer tooling.
• AI/LLM design experience, including agentic workflows, intelligent automation, user trust, proactive insight, and control.
• Expert fluency in complex Figma environments and AI-augmented design workflows.
• Strong design craft and cross-functional collaboration across ambiguous, large-scale initiatives.
• United States work authorization is required; future H-1B sponsorship may not be supported.
