Inside Sales Representative (Automotive)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States

Salary: $50,000 base annually; top representatives consistently make $80,000+ in total compensation. Commissions are paid monthly.

What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Make approximately 50–60 cold calls per day and communicate with prospects by phone and in writing.
• Sell automotive buying and financing solutions to dealership and consumer-focused prospects.
• Build strong follow-up routines and support product retention.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate, organized sales activity.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of sales experience; B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Strong hunter mentality, self-motivation, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
