Process Expert - P2F Manufacturing Planning & aATP (Manufacturing Planning)

Location: Lund, Sweden preferred; other locations within EMEA may be considered. Up to 20% international travel required.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and refine Manufacturing Planning and advanced Available to Promise processes within the Plan to Fulfil framework.
• Develop standardized, efficient, and cost-effective process designs using automation, digitalization, and established design principles.
• Act as the guardian of standard and coordinate with Plan to Fulfil, NCSP, and value stream teams.
• Coordinate master data design and migration, testing, data and analytics activities, and related cross-functional work.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure correct modelling with the Business Process Manager.
• Monitor vendor development pipelines and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in supply planning, production planning, and customer order confirmation.
• At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Planning or project management expertise, with problem-solving, conflict-management, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous environment and achieve results through formal and informal authority.
