What you will do
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for strategic financial services initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate structured business requirements.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into operational and system solutions.
- Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and IT stakeholders to support implementation.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and drive continuous process and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of post-trade products, services, and operational processes.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives and requirements management.
- Ability to produce clear, structured, implementation-ready business requirements and analyze large datasets.
- Experience working with business, operations, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English is required.
