Senior Change Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Lead change management activity across BAU, transformation, governance, and operating model initiatives.
• Partner with sponsors, project managers, and business leaders to develop change plans aligned with delivery milestones.
• Identify impacts, stakeholders, and dependencies across a large matrixed environment.
• Design and deliver communications, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Track progress, surface risks or resistance, and report to governance forums.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in change management with a strong communications background.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed environment and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Appropriate approval to work in Australia is required.
• Successful applicants must complete a criminal and bankruptcy check before starting employment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting digital transformation, operating model change, or governance change.
• Background in financial services or global matrix change programs.
• Project management capability complementing change management experience.
