HR Transformation and Program Delivery Lead, APAC

Location: Preferably Brisbane; Canberra and Melbourne will also be considered. Applicants must be legally authorised to work in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and adoption of regional and corporate HR programs, frameworks, and standards.
• Coordinate external consultants, vendors, capability partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver intended program benefits.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, project plans, delivery schedules, and milestone reporting.
• Oversee HR change management, including communications, training, transition support, and adoption monitoring.
• Identify implementation risks, dependencies, blockers, and workforce capability or resourcing gaps.
• Translate regional workforce intelligence into clear briefs for workforce planning delivered through external partners.

Requirements

• Experience leading HR programs, frameworks, or operating model change in a complex, multi-jurisdiction environment.
• Strong project and program management skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience in change management, communication, training design, and adoption monitoring.
• Ability to translate strategic intent into practical operational delivery and drive outcomes without relying on positional authority.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across senior leaders, operational teams, and different cultural settings.
• Legal authorisation to work in Australia at the time of application; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in international development, professional services, or government contracting.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms, HRIS systems, and workflow automation tools.
• Exposure to shared services models or regional HR hub structures.
