IT Product Development and Cybersecurity Intern

What you will do

• Support IT product development and cybersecurity projects for internal employees and consultants.
• Work in Agile teams using Scrum to design, develop, and implement technology solutions.
• Build capabilities in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, enterprise monitoring tools, DevOps platforms, and data-driven reporting.
• Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and related scripting technologies.
• Gain exposure to on-premises data centers, Kubernetes, VMware, cloud technologies, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users, present recommendations, and contribute to problem-solving and process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently completing the final two years of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Interest in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, automation, and software development.
• Basic understanding of scripting or programming concepts.
• Availability to work full-time during the summer; the internship then continues part-time for up to 20 hours per week.
• Work visas, relocation, and housing are not sponsored.
• Factory-based work may require frequent walking through a production facility and wearing safety shoes, a uniform, and personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, Microsoft Office, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
