Program Manager, Business Transformation & Enterprise Systems Implementation (Oracle Utilities)

Location: South Jersey, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead a large-scale, multi-year transformation program implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service, Work and Asset Cloud Service, and related enterprise applications.
• Establish program governance, steering committees, executive reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
• Manage integrated plans, budgets, resources, dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and multi-functional workstreams.
• Lead business process redesign, operating-model definition, automation, standardization, KPI development, and value realization.
• Coordinate requirements, solution design, testing, data conversion, training, cutover planning, and production deployment with business and technical teams.
• Manage system integrators, software vendors, consulting partners, executives, regulators, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Jersey, New Jersey, United States.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex ERP, CIS, CRM, billing, or enterprise system implementations.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, project management, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Prosci Change Management Certification.
• Experience with customer service operations, billing and collections, meter-to-cash, work and asset management, field services, regulatory compliance, or utility customer experience.
