Supplier Quality Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

What you will do

• Perform incoming material dynamic inspections and tests using projectors, 3D inspection equipment, and related tools.
• Complete inspection records and reports accurately and on time according to inspection plans and procedures.
• Develop material inspection methods, quality plans, and procedures to strengthen incoming material control.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data while coordinating improvement initiatives with R&D, engineering, and other functions.
• Lead material quality problem resolution and root-cause analysis for long-term corrective solutions.
• Improve inspection team competence and support supplier quality development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in material inspection and supplier quality management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and quality improvement tools.
• Proficiency with projectors, 3D inspection equipment, and Office software.
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong communication, execution, teamwork, logical thinking, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or higher.
