Senior Product Manager, Developer Monetization and Wallets

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; hybrid office schedule with onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday and optional presence Monday and Friday

Salary: $280,540–$330,950 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and vision for the developer monetization platform.
• Develop features for in-app monetization through developer products and optimize pricing while reducing fraud and abuse.
• Improve how creators manage earnings, reinvest in growth, and pay collaborators and group members.
• Drive automation that benefits developers, users, and the platform.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define scope, prioritize initiatives, and align roadmaps.
• Lead discovery, brainstorming, experimentation, launches, and ongoing backlog prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with in-app monetization, game analytics, and group management.
• Entrepreneurial drive and experience leading products through planning, development, and launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical mindset with the ability to work with engineering on scalable and extensible solutions.
• Data-driven approach, including KPI definition, experimentation, A/B testing, instrumentation, and monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strategy, prioritization, tradeoff, and product specification work.
