Senior Product Manager, Engineering Acceleration (AI)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; hybrid office schedule with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday and optional presence on Monday and Friday

Salary: $280,540–$330,950 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for testing, continuous deployment, and observability platforms.
• Improve productivity and satisfaction across the engineering community.
• Use AI to develop next-generation engineering and developer tools.
• Unify and modernize tooling for a broad range of workloads and drive measurable adoption.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Security, and Reliability leaders on priorities and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years delivering infrastructure, developer, or operations tools.
• Deep knowledge of testing, observability, CI/CD systems, and modern infrastructure platforms.
• Expertise in AI developer tools and their limitations.
• Strong technical foundation, with a computer science degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience defining multi-year product strategy and leading large cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
