Business Development Manager (Retirement)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retirement, provident fund, and employee benefits markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, industry contacts, and business partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and other business development materials.
• Support the Retirement Business Leader with business planning, market research, project management, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate with Retirement colleagues and other business units to deliver client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in retirement consulting, provident funds, employee benefits, asset management, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Thailand’s provident fund and retirement landscape.
• Proven business development, client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, coordination, and business development capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Thai are required.
