Location: Mount Juliet, Tennessee, United States; onsite at a fulfillment center. Flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, are required.

What you will do
- Serve as the designated EHS representative for a shift and coordinate the EHS program with site leadership.
- Promote compliance with EHS standards, applicable federal and state laws, and safe workplace practices.
- Perform regular audits, risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and job safety analyses for work activities and new equipment.
- Investigate incidents, analyze accident data, and recommend risk mitigation measures, including ergonomic improvements.
- Train and mentor team members on safe behaviors and EHS responsibilities.
- Maintain EHS paperwork, metrics, observations, and reports using corporate systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in an EHS-related field, a bachelor's degree in an EHS-relevant field, or six months in a safety-related role at .
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
- Professional experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, develop department objectives, analyze safety concerns, and communicate effectively.
- Availability for flexible onsite shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an EHS-relevant field.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Active First Aid and CPR certifications with emergency response experience.
- Experience with Intelex, Avetta, Asana, Smartsheet, safety management systems, or similar workspace software.
