Manager, GD (Global Development) Quality Management (Pharmaceutical Compliance)

Base pay: €79,800–€137,770 per year

What you will do

• Lead process development, process mapping, training design, qualification, and training delivery projects.
• Partner with Global Development, quality groups, business stakeholders, and governance bodies to maintain an effective GxP Quality Framework.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and progress updates for management and business owners.
• Support the digital transformation roadmap toward data-centric content and qualification management systems.
• Support or lead additional projects, meetings, audits, and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a medium- to large-scale matrix organization, including pharmaceutical or device compliance experience.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of global preclinical and clinical safety, pharmacovigilance, and life sciences regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing complex projects, analyzing business processes, and implementing improvements.
• Strong personal leadership, stakeholder relationship-building, autonomy, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with process design and training design.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management, ISO 9001, process governance, quality validation, SOPs, and quality control.
