Business Process Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office; moderate travel is required.

What you will do

• Apply DMAIC methods to high-priority projects and lead collaborative, cross-functional deep-dive workshops.
• Lead and project-manage initiatives focused on customer experience, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead postmortems and lessons-learned activities for critical escalations and field issues.
• Analyze and summarize study findings to support business decisions across quality and operational parameters.
• Drive sustainable organizational change by establishing processes and procedures that maintain project results.
• Provide Yellow Belt and Green Belt training, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification and at least five years of experience leading Six Sigma projects.
• Experience with statistical techniques, flow charting, business analysis, and quality work in engineering, supply chain, or customer success environments within the technology industry.
• Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab, SAS, Stata, or R, plus machine learning techniques applied to quality projects.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills across globally distributed teams.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional improvement projects and influencing teams and senior executives without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to manage projects independently, coach others in Six Sigma, and build sustainable process improvement capabilities.

Nice to have

• Python experience for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex datasets.
• Experience with outsourced supply chains and contract manufacturers.
• PMP certification, a Master's degree, or experience with Kaizen and Lean methodologies.
