Customer Project/Program Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Lead delivery of complex customer projects and programs within scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage project financials, including P&L, approved budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors across high-risk and multi-region engagements.
• Manage senior client relationships and represent the organization to external customers.
• Identify and develop new client opportunities and support qualification of large, complex deals.
• Mentor project team members and provide performance and development recommendations.

Requirements

• First-level university degree.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• In-depth knowledge of project management policies, processes, methodologies, and services operations.
• PMP certification.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Nice to have

• German or French language skills.
• Experience managing high-risk projects with complex legal and commercial issues.
