Program Manager, Commercial PC Quality, Cost & System Management

Location: Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan Region; onsite role with 25% travel

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs involving multiple project teams and internal development partners for commercial laptops and desktops.
• Develop and manage schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource plans, and product development roadmaps.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation projects through completion.
• Identify program risks, create mitigation plans, and communicate escalations and issue analysis to stakeholders and executive management.
• Provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex program and product issues and recommend changes to products, processes, and business practices.
• Drive quality initiatives, technology integration, documentation controls, lessons learned, and mentoring for less-experienced staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, quality, or a related field.
• Experience with project planning, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, independent-working, learning agility, and digital fluency skills.
• Ability to manage complex problems involving analysis of multiple factors and to collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Quality certification.
