Base pay: $209,500–$283,500 per year; additional cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Build and deploy machine learning models using analytical algorithms and deep learning.
• Lead the technical work of a scrum team, including model solutions, end-to-end architecture, code quality, design, cost, and implementation standards.
• Analyze large datasets, discover and access data sources, perform ETL, and build model-ready features.
• Apply data mining, NLP, causal, supervised, unsupervised, online, Bayesian, reinforcement, and deep learning methods to real-world problems.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, designers, stakeholders, and partners to define success criteria and deliver data science solutions.
• Design A/B tests, communicate results, and research emerging machine learning technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in AI science and 4+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning paradigms.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in optimization methods, NLP, Explainable AI, and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with Python, Scala, Java, and/or R, plus SQL, Hive, or SparkSQL.
• Experience building reusable end-to-end pipelines from data acquisition through model output delivery.
• Strong communication skills, independent working ability, and comfort working in a Linux environment.
