Trade Desk Associate (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available. Reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required.

Base salary: $59,700–$84,300 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Conduct principal reviews and supervisory oversight of trading activity on hirify.global Personal Wealth platforms.
• Review and approve options account applications and trades, trade blotters, corrections, reconciliations, and exception trades.
• Determine corrective actions for trade errors and accommodations across equities, fixed income, options, ETFs, mutual funds, municipals, and CDs.
• Support commission adjustments, mutual fund share class reviews, best execution reviews, and attention notifications.
• Generate, monitor, and respond to surveillance reports and examinations while serving as a Registered Options Principal.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Brokerage Services on inquiries, documentation, training, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or five years of financial services experience, preferably in trading.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 are required.
• FINRA Series 4, 52, and 53 are preferred or must be obtained within the department’s established timeframe.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Hands-on and supervisory experience in equity trading and brokerage operations.
• Experience with options trading, fixed income, and municipal products and markets.
• Experience with Pershing NetX360 and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
