Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst (Automotive)

Location: Mountain View, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $115,000–$184,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or Mountain View; $104,000–$166,000 per year for roles based in Pittsburgh. Annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits are also available.

What you will do

• Drive annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range financial planning across corporate and operating functions.
• Partner with department leaders on Opex, Capex, headcount planning, and capital allocation.
• Prepare variance analyses, trend reports, operational insight packages, executive financial decks, and Board of Directors materials.
• Define and monitor company-wide financial KPIs to identify efficiency opportunities and improve operating leverage.
• Present financial performance, variance drivers, and recommendations to finance and operational leadership.
• Improve FP&A governance, automate planning workflows, and integrate Pigment with NetSuite and other systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance, including public-company quarterly reporting cycles.
• Degree in Finance or a related quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Strong experience with corporate budgeting, three-statement financial modeling, variance analysis, and accounting consolidation.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and building executive presentation materials.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning software such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive, and ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• SQL and experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other BI visualization platforms.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA.
• Experience in autonomous technology, logistics, mobility, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience supporting investor relations or earnings preparation in a matrixed public company.
