Manager, People Operations (Fintech)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $162,000–$185,250 annual base salary, plus equity and a 15% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design and roll out people programs covering engagement surveys, onboarding, compliance, and systems and vendor renewals.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to align people processes with business priorities.
• Lead HR systems improvements, automation, reporting, and Workday-related process enhancements.
• Monitor people metrics and build advanced dashboards with actionable insights for executives and the Board.
• Maintain compliant people policies, processes, and systems across multiple geographies.
• Integrate acquired employees into people systems, benefits, onboarding, and compliance processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR or People experience, including 8–10 years focused on People Operations.
• Experience scaling organizations in high-growth environments, preferably in technology or regulated industries.
• Experience integrating acquired companies’ employees into HR systems and programs.
• Experience supporting distributed international employee populations and managing differing compliance requirements.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to model, interpret, and present complex people data.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, HR reporting, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional project delivery.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or MSHR.
• Strong coaching, listening, influencing, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
