Talent Acquisition Specialist (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Manage recruitment requisitions and achieve hiring targets in partnership with hiring managers.
• Recruit professionals, specialists, and managers across multiple levels.
• Source candidates proactively and build external talent pipelines.
• Develop sourcing and talent attraction strategies with hiring managers and People Partners.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate workforce planning, including university hiring, experienced professional recruitment, and contractor staffing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a multinational corporation or search firm.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively.
• Professional maturity, adaptability, initiative, and an open-minded approach.
