What you will do

• Lead planning processes and actions for supply fulfillment, shortages, and escalation topics for key semiconductor customers.
• Monitor order and forecast status using production, inventory, customer, and online data sources.
• Align demand with product codes and sourcing plans across multiple manufacturing plants and regions.
• Track capacity and demand fulfillment risks and support corrective actions through forecasting improvements, customer strategies, and reporting.
• Analyze demand signals and supply plan implications to provide recommendations for management decisions.
• Prepare and deliver communications to customer account teams and internal stakeholders across multiple plants and manufacturing regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet modeling and scenario analysis for demand, supply, and inventory.
• Ability to merge, manipulate, and clearly present data from multiple sources.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and professionalism in difficult meetings.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and QAD; ability to work with colleagues across the United States, Europe, and Asia, including occasional evening meetings with Asia.

Nice to have

• MBA or supply chain certification such as APICS.
• Knowledge of MRP, inventory models, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
