Lead Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; onsite interview required

Salary: $70–$75 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver AI capabilities.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and technical excellence across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
