What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end IT setup and operational readiness of a new non-GMP laboratory and office location.
- Coordinate infrastructure, networks, workplace technology, cybersecurity, and site readiness activities.
- Manage the deployment and integration of SAP, DMS, GLIMS, Empower, and other corporate and laboratory applications.
- Align IT requirements across three laboratory business platforms with local operational and corporate standards.
- Manage the project plan, milestones, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and reporting.
- Coordinate global and local IT teams, business stakeholders, laboratory teams, vendors, and implementation partners through testing, cutover, go-live, and transition to operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of IT project management experience, ideally including new-site, laboratory, manufacturing, or greenfield IT setup projects.
- Strong experience managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and system integration projects.
- Experience with SAP and enterprise or laboratory systems; knowledge of DMS, LIMS/GLIMS, or Empower is advantageous.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory, or similarly complex environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with fluent business English.
