Phlebotomist

Location: Onsite positions at locations in Somersworth, New Hampshire; New Brunswick, New Jersey; Stoneham, Massachusetts; Castleton on Hudson, Latham, Clifton Park, and Monroe, New York; Wayne, New Jersey; and Stamford, Connecticut, United States.

Salary: $18.00–$26.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for a quarterly performance-based incentive.

What you will do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other examinations.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis and maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Enter patient data accurately and process billing information and payments when required.
• Provide customer service to patients and complete administrative and clerical duties.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification, completion of an accredited training program, or at least one year of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a record of exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Nice to have

• Current or previous hirify.global experience.
• At least two years of phlebotomy experience.
