Phlebotomist (Medtech)

Location: North Reading, Boston, Chestnut Hill, Worcester, Stoneham, or Lowell, Massachusetts, United States. On-site work in a Patient Service Center or client office, Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with every third weekend.

Salary: $20.00–$27.00 per hour, plus potential quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Enter patient data accurately and process billing information and payments when required.
• Provide customer service and perform administrative and clerical duties.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification, completion of an accredited training program, or at least six months of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven customer-service record.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation, flexibility to work overtime, and the ability to pass a standardized color-blindness test.

• Current or previous hirify.global experience.
• At least one year of phlebotomy experience.
