Senior Director, Strategic Growth Analytics (AI)

Location: Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three in-office days per week in Burlington, North Carolina or Durham, North Carolina, United States

What you will do

• Set the vision, priorities, roadmap, and operating model for Strategic Growth Analytics.
• Lead integrated customer, market, commercial, competitive, digital, and marketing effectiveness analytics.
• Develop and scale AI-enabled analytics and decision-support capabilities.
• Translate complex healthcare, customer, and market data into recommendations that improve growth and business performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Consumer, Product, technology, data, and digital leaders.
• Lead and develop a global analytics team while managing external partners and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Science, or Analytics.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, customer intelligence, marketing effectiveness, or strategy.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare and/or life sciences.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams.
• Experience generating insights from large healthcare datasets, including sources such as Definitive Health and IQVIA.
• Experience influencing senior executives, leading cross-functional initiatives, and operating in large matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, Databricks, and/or Snowflake.
• Experience with predictive analytics, customer data platforms, visualization tools, and modern analytics ecosystems.
