Phlebotomist (Healthcare)

Location: Springdale, Fayetteville, or Bentonville, Arkansas; Tulsa, Bartlesville, or Owasso, Oklahoma; or Wichita, Kansas, United States. Work is performed on site in patient service centers or client offices, with travel to additional sites when needed.

What you will do

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other analyses.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and maintain accurate patient and specimen logs.
• Enter patient information, process billing details, and collect payments when required.
• Provide customer service and complete administrative and clerical duties.
• Travel to additional sites and work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
• In lieu of experience, an accredited phlebotomy certification or completed training program is accepted.
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work overtime and under minimal supervision.
