hirify.global operates a detailed equipment information function supporting heavy equipment inspections, appraisals, and sales documentation.

What you will do

• Perform accurate visual inspections and functional testing of heavy equipment.
• Gather and verify inventory information, contract proofs, equipment additions, serial numbers, and asset details.
• Identify and record equipment components and accessories.
• Verify equipment descriptions against the Equipment Standards Manual and check warranty requirements.
• Compose and take equipment photographs while maintaining accurate equipment data.
• Support the Detailed Equipment Information and Sales teams with appraisals and field write-ups.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and/or English.
• Experience with equipment management, inspections, inventory, appraisals, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of industrial or agricultural equipment, trucks, and trailers.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and digital cameras.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
