Team Lead Product Management (Robotic Surgery)

Location: Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany; hybrid working model with regular presence in the operating room

What you will do

• Lead the strategic positioning, product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio management for robotic surgery products in global markets.
• Analyze competitors, customer needs, clinical workflows, unmet needs, and market potential to identify application-based product opportunities.
• Manage innovation from ideation through market launch and develop product, service, and business models supported by business cases and investment strategies.
• Plan and manage portfolio targets covering revenue, earnings, market share, and profitability.
• Initiate and oversee clinical studies, observational studies, and clinical evidence programs with Clinical Affairs, Medical Scientific Affairs, and external Key Opinion Leaders.
• Build an international network of microsurgeons, scientific societies, and clinical users to support innovation, clinical acceptance, and product advancement.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, medical technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in medical technology, international marketing, and technical product management; leadership experience is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical applications in neurosurgery and spinal surgery.
• Strong technical understanding and experience with product portfolio development, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills required.
• Readiness to be regularly present in the operating room and communicate with neurosurgeons and spinal surgeons.
