Fund CFO Specialist – Assistant Vice President (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Oversee finance and operations for alternative investment funds across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.
• Manage fund accounting, NAV calculations, financial reporting, investor reporting and regulatory reporting deliverables.
• Review valuations, investor allocations, management and performance fees, fee waterfalls and fund expense budgets.
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting, regulatory submissions and issue resolution with external providers.
• Monitor fund liquidity, investor capital activity and treasury operations.
• Support fund launches, restructurings, investment onboarding, in-specie transfers and operating model improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience with alternative investment funds, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate or other private market products.
• Knowledge of fund accounting, financial reporting, valuation concepts and investor servicing.
• Experience with complex fund structures such as Luxembourg funds, SPVs, holding structures, fund-of-funds and co-investments.
• Experience overseeing fund administrators, transfer agents, depositaries, auditors, tax advisers and legal counsel.
• Knowledge of AIFMD, FATCA, CRS and other relevant regulatory reporting obligations.
• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualification with at least five years of post-qualified experience, plus strong Excel, financial modelling and analytical review skills.

• Experience with fund launches, administrator onboarding, operating model design or strategic product initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows while applying responsible judgment to data and AI outputs.
