Dynatrace Monitoring Specialist (Dynatrace)

Location: Remote in Canada. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.

What you will do

• Implement and manage Dynatrace and PowerAdmin monitoring for servers, networks, applications, and cloud resources.
• Deploy and configure OneAgent across hosts, containers, and cloud services.
• Configure management zones, tagging rules, and Smartscape topology mapping.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate monitoring tasks and generate reports.
• Configure alerts, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Analyze performance, support compliance, and continuously improve monitoring configurations and processes.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of hands-on Dynatrace experience in production, including platform administration.
• Experience with OneAgent, Dynatrace Intelligence, Smartscape, management zones, synthetic monitoring, real-user monitoring, dashboards, DQL, and Grail.
• PowerShell scripting experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring and management, including cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform and their integration with Dynatrace.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
• Professional bilingual communication in French and English is required. English is required for communication with clients and partners outside Quebec.
