Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid position based in the Phoenix, Arizona office, United States

Salary: $82,644–$143,249 base pay, plus eligibility for variable pay.

What you will do

• Write, review, test, and commit production code across the frontend and backend.
• Design application and cloud architectures and turn them into maintainable systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing and releases.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, scripting, and automation.
• Manage configurations affecting access control, data exposure, and system resilience.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience building and maintaining production software.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with a modern programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C# across frontend and backend development.
• Experience with Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, cloud deployment, and application operations.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, or infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with access control, data handling, or vulnerability remediation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
