Salary: $96,000–$112,320 annually for a 32-hour workweek, plus benefits.

CAPS, part of the hirify.global, operates a large U.S. network of outsourcing admixture pharmacies providing same-day sterile compounding services to hospitals and outpatient facilities.

What you will do

  • Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic technique and standard operating procedures.
  • Review orders and prescriptions for admixing and dispensing, resolving discrepancies with customer pharmacy personnel.
  • Support pharmacy compliance with Colorado pharmacy regulations and other applicable requirements.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and assigned quality control activities.
  • Troubleshoot equipment, order supplies, maintain inventory, and support daily pharmacy operations.
  • Supervise or review the work of IV technicians, interns, and other support personnel when assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or PharmD.
  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Valid Colorado pharmacist license issued by the state pharmacy board.
  • Full working knowledge of professional pharmacy practices, procedures, theories, and principles.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, resolve complex problems, and exercise professional judgment.
  • Ability to work variable schedules, rotating weekends and holidays, on-call hours, and additional hours as needed.
