Finance Business Advisory Manager (AI)

Location: New York, 875 Third Avenue; hybrid working model with regular in-office collaboration

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, excluding incentive compensation and other remuneration.

What you will do

• Analyze revenues, expenses, P&L drivers, and business performance for the Americas Liquid Investments Division.
• Oversee monthly revenue close processes, including flash and actual reported results.
• Conduct validation and control reviews, monitor cost close and transfer pricing bookings, and manage balance sheet substantiation.
• Oversee the offshore team booking accounting entries and ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting for Mutual Fund and ETF Boards, as well as monthly forecasts for Senior Management.
• Liaise with external auditors, develop profitability insights, and identify and implement AI use cases.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience involving analysis at both micro and macro levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience producing P&Ls and analyzing P&L drivers, preferably in asset management.
• Strong understanding of financial data analysis and business performance metrics.
• Strong storyboarding, problem crystallization, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and collaborative working style.
