Director – Transaction Advisory Services

Location: Remote

Salary: $142,000–$212,000 per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive analysis of historical and projected financial statements to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies based on market conditions, industry trends, and transaction characteristics.
• Manage multiple transaction advisory projects and deliver high-quality work within strict timelines.
• Build client relationships and communicate findings and recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations covering complex financial information.
• Review junior team members’ work to maintain quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and financial databases.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
• Project management, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IFRS or GAAP is advantageous.
